I love what I do!

After 28 years of being a top producer of Real Estate sales in Santa Cruz, I’m just as enthusiastic today  as I was when I started. When people ask what I like to do  my wife is the first to answer; “Real Estate IS his sport!” My goal is to satisfy each and every client giving him or her the highest level of service possible. I am proud to be an owner of Thunderbird and I am confident of my knowledge of Real Estate transactions from residential, multi-residential, large farm and horse acreage , raw land and lot splits, Planned Unit Developments, construction, 1031 exchanges, foreclosures and  financing.

Some personal information:

I moved to Santa Cruz in 1975 as a high school English and Public Speaking teacher specializing in speech and debate. Although I am retired from full time teaching I treasure my volunteer time working with teenagers as the coach for the Soquel High Mock Trial Team.

I have been married for 21 years to Lisa Sheridan, also a realtor and member of the Hattis Team. Together we have two daughters Kaila 19 and Anna 14. We currently live in Soquel on two acres shared with several horses and a host of fury and feathered farm animals.
